If there is an issue with your item and would like to initiate a chargeback dispute, please message us on Facebook Messenger to resolve your claim. We will work to remedy any concerns and answer any questions regarding your claim. As per our policy, you are liable to message us on Facebook Messenger in the case of a claim in order to seek a partial or full refund. If you have received your item, you will only be eligible for an immediate refund if the an experienced member of the Mantraness Support Team has thoroughly reviewed your case. This review includes high-quality pictures, your order number, tracking information, and other related documents. We will remedy the situation on a case-by-case basis. Due to a high volume of emails, please wait seven (7) business days or less for a response to your claim.
